Placing An Order

I would like to modify/ Cancel my order?

To purchase from our shop, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the item(s) that you wish to purchase on our website (https://thesillythings.com)
Step 2: Complete all required options
Step 3: Click on the button "Preview"
Step 4: Choose the quantity and press the button "ADD TO CART"
Step 5: Fill in your personal data (contact information, shipping address) and apply a discount code (if you have one) to complete the purchase.

If everything is done correctly, you will receive a confirmation email.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via email. Please check your Spam/Junk mailbox if you don't see the email in your inbox.
If you've checked your Spam/Junk mailbox and still don’t see it, we recommend you Contact Us so we can investigate.

Can I order the personalized product without the name?

If you wish to proceed with your order without a name, you can press spaces on the keyboard to leave the name field blank.

 

Modify/Cancel order

I would like to modify/ Cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to contact@thesillythings.com, providing your order number and the modification you'd like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

  • Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

Your order is only eligible to be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, to ensure your order arrives on time, your order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

 

 

Payments

Here’s how this easier checkout works:

Step 1: Choose PayPal as the payment method -> Complete order

 

Step 2: Choose " Pay With Debit or Credit Card " in the bottom

 

Step 3:  Enter your Card No + Expired Date + CSC No on the backside of your card.

 

Step 4:  Kick the last button: 

 

Why is my card getting declined?

There may be several reasons why a transaction does not go through. We recommend checking the following list of possible reasons and reaching out to your credit card issuer/bank for further information:

  • Insufficient funds: Check the funds available in your bank account.
  • Card is expired: Check the expiry date on your credit or debit card.
  • Withdrawal limit exceeded: You may have reached a daily limit for a single vendor set by your card issuer or bank.
  • Card is blocked: Please try again in 30 minutes. If that doesn’t help, contact your bank or try adding a new card.
  • A technical error occurred: Please retry the process at a later time.
  • The bank declined the transaction: Please contact your bank for more information.

 

Coupons/Discount

How do I use my discount code?

After selecting your item(s), proceed to checkout and enter your code in the "discount code" box. Once applied, your total will reflect the discount.

Common issues include:

  • Items not meeting coupon criteria
  • Incorrect code entry (copy and paste it to avoid errors)
  • Expired coupon
  • Subscriber-only promotions
  • Only one promo code allowed per order.

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Only one coupon may be used per purchase.

 

Shipping & Delivery

My tracking number doesn't work, what should I do?

If your tracking number isn’t working, it may be because the shipping carrier’s system hasn’t updated yet or the package was not scanned immediately. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates. If after 48 hours it still doesn't work, contact our support team via Contact Us.

When is my order scheduled to arrive?

All items are made-to-order. Orders typically ship within 2-15 business days. Shipping times vary based on the product and destination. You can track your package’s progress by clicking the “View Detail” button for each item.

 

Order Issue(s)

I’ve received someone else’s order by mistake.

We’re very sorry to hear there’s been a mix-up. Please send us an email to contact@thesillythings.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • Packaging (keep the packaging)
  • Shipping label showing the tracking number

Once sent, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

My order arrived damaged/broken/defective.
